What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain While Having Kidney Stones?

Hello Doctor, i had severe unbearable abdominal pain persisting for hours on xonsulting doctor, he did a ultrasound scan and informed that there are Kidney stones and one of them is 7 mm and blocking the passage to bladder. He advised to immediately undergo laser endoscopy to break the stone. I underwent the process and after this he informed that a stent has been placed for free flow of urine. He has said that the stent needs to be removed after 3 weeks. He has said that i can resume to work after 4 days rest. But i am afraid to move as i have a foreign material inside my body. Also some times i feel back ache after prolonged sitting. Seek your advise whether the stent inside will dislocate due to physical strain (as i need to ride my bike 16 kms to office) or is it normal to proceed with daily activities.
