General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Difficult to say what is causing your problems. You should get a gastroscopy and colonoscopy with biopsies to rule out chronic inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
