What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Ovarian Cancer?

Hi I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2012 a lot of chemo I had ten tumors and my surgery was long then in 2014. The doctor found more tumors more chemo. I stop the chemo because I was allergy to all type of chemo now I tell my doctor that my belly hurts but he said that it could be constipation I am not constipated but belly hurt a lot sometime for 30 minutes or more I look like I am pregnant

Hello,

All your pains and constipation are side effects of chemo and anti-cancer drugs. You can take antacids on regular basis and laxative SOS.
