What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Vomiting?

I went to an emergency room with severe abdominal pain an have boubts of severe abdominal pain with vomiting I had xrays done awhile back an I decided to pull them back out an look at them in the light bc I was still having horrible pain to my horror my mirena is inserted upside down I do have cysts sometimes however this will be random sharp stabbing pain since the ER doctor is just a family physician could that be the reason he missed this an my pain is at times unbearable
