Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m having severe abdominal pains. I m not constipated and I m able to pass gas. I have a history of severe uti infections and have been hospitalized two times for kindey infections. I have no pain in my back just all in my abdomen. Its worse when I eat anything at all.
As you have said that pain becomes worse after eating any thing than it might be due to peptic ulcer. For this you have to take tab cefixime-oz twice daily after meals with tab cyclopam twice daily after meals with cap rekool-d or cap pantop-d twice daily empty stomach one hour before any meal. You can also take syrup mucaine-gel 2 tsf every 4-6 hours. Avoid spicy or oily food and drink at-least 4-5 liters of water every day for UTI.
