As you have said that pain becomes worse after eating any thing than it might be due to peptic ulcer. For this you have to take tab cefixime-oz twice daily after meals with tab cyclopam twice daily after meals with cap rekool-d or cap pantop-d twice daily empty stomach one hour before any meal. You can also take syrup mucaine-gel 2 tsf every 4-6 hours. Avoid spicy or oily food and drink at-least 4-5 liters of water every day for UTI.
