I have gone thru your query regarding severe
abdominal pain .
While going thru it I can gather that your problem is your
constipation which is capable of accumulating lots of toxins in our system in turn , lead to various types of gases causing numerous other diseases .
For your info , your faulty life style and food habits are the culprit causing you all this and believe me , medication only will not bring onto the path of better health unless you modify your food habits and life style .
Avoid taking .fast , fried foods , Tea ,coffee , alcohol smoking and over-the-counter pain relievers such as
aspirin or
ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) because these can cause
stomach irritation that may worsen abdominal pain.
Take balanced diet including all essential nutrients - vitamins , minerals ,anti oxidants in natural form as amla ,
Aloe vera , garlic , ginger , coconut water ,as prescribed by your deitition and sufficient water to eradicate toxins from body .
Do regular exercise , walk , yoga , deep breathing - Inhale - Hold - Exhale - Hold for 10 - 20 times for proper blood circulation for better health .
In the meantime, find ways to ease your pain.
Eat smaller meals if your pain is accompanied by
indigestion.
Take lemon juice in warm water with little salt and black pepper .
Apply hot pack on the spot .
Consult your doctor if your abdominal pain is severe and persistent ASAP
