What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

Helloe doctor please i have been having serioous abdominal pain for a while now, it is very severe as it tend to slread to the back and it has this burning sensation. I have gone to the hospital and was given skme drugs but the pain still came back and this time very severe. Will really appreciate it if u can tell me what is wrong n things i need to avoid. Thanks

This pain seems to come from gastroduodenal ulceras because of its burning sensation and projection to the back. Better to avoid non steroid antiinflamatories and acidic food.
