General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

You have symptoms of gastroenteritis or simply called food poisoning. It happens due to unhygienic food or water intake.

Now to recover from this you need to take a course of antibiotic(fluroquinolonen and metronidazole) for 3 to 5 days. Along with this take plenty of water, oral rehydration solutions, antacids, anti vomiting tablets for symptomatic relief and early recovery. You will be fine soon. Since antibiotics are not available over the counter, please visit a doctor.

Take care in future.

I hope my reply will benefit you. Please write to hcm or me for follow up queries. I wish you rapid recovery. Thanks.
