What Causes Severe Acne When Diagnosed With Gilbert S Syndrome?
What treatment is recommended for a 16 year old male who has been unsuccessfully treating acne for years with antibiotics and topical lotions? He was referred for treatment with isotretinon but after blood work came back showing he has Gilberts Syndrome the doctor refused to treat. Now he is only in topical lotions and his acne is getting worse.

It is not related to Gilbert syndrome.
As a first line management, you can apply clindamycin lotion for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
