General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the adhesions post operative period are a major cause of concern for chronic or recurrent debilitating pain. There are various options for adhesion management which depends upon the extent of the condition with associated visceral status. In my clinic, a diagnostic laparoscopy is best recommended before the precise calculation of the management guidelines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
