What Causes Severe And Chronic Back, Shoulder And Knee Pain?

My wife is having sever & chronic back pain & shoulder & knee pain....mostly in the joint for 6 years....had lots of tests done for vit D3 & B12 & doctor says all is well....only excercise is the remedy & given vitD3 sachet once a month... Kindly advise us.

Just take homeopathy without side effect. Uwill be alalright. Take guiacum-q.ledum pal -q 5drops each in half cup of water 2 hourly for 7days then contact me for future treatment.
