What Causes Severe Anxiety Along With Pain In The Left Arm And Chest?
Hi I have a question so I have anixtey very bad I ve been smoking for about 4 years I m 20 years old I ve been too the doctors about 12 times because I thought I was having heart attacks after I smoke my ciggrates I get weird pains Near my heart area (at least it feels that way) plus I get pain in my left arm is this because I m about to have a heart attack or something ? It freaks me out and I just need re insurance that it s not me about to die because that s how it feels all the time is like I m about to die, could this be anixtey or is something elese that is causing the pain near my heart and left arm after a citrate

It is due to severe Anxyor or may be due to panic attacks. Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. You might require any anxiety drugs like clonazepam.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
