What Causes Severe Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

Hey there.I ve been having severe panic attacks and have anxiety where I cannot seem to hop into my car and go anywhere , I have previously been prescribed and taken anti depressants but it does not seem to work at all . I have a 10 month old son and it s so hard to get to a doctor when I can t even seem to go anywhere because of my anxiety levels . I cannot afford to pay right now aswel I do not know what to do.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the best advise to you to come out of the stress and anxiety and you can do this, try to be positive, practical and confident, and if you can not do this then drugs are there you can use it with all the side effects, hope this information helps.
