What Causes Severe Anxiety Attacks While On Elmiron?
I have not had any major anxiety in the past but am having anxiety I was taken elmiron 3 x a day and also having it directly intserted into the bladder 3 times a week. I had the treatment for 1 week before i discontinued because i was having major anxiety. could elmiron have caused this anxiety? I am still experiencing major anxiety. if it was the medication, how long does it take for the meds to exit my system? its been 2 weeks since i discontinued.

* Head ache is common side effect of Elmiron, but the severe anxiety
attacks are not usually noticed for the same.
* Discontinuation of 15 days of the tablet, makes you completely clear the drug from the system, still there is anxiety that suggest that the root cause of anxiety is not Elmiron.
