Because of anxiety , you suffer from episodic
panic attack.
At the time of panic attack, severe sweating ,
chest pain can occur.
So better is to avoid such anxiety attack.
First try to avoid condition that lead to anxiety.
Try to get solution of problem when you are in trouble.
During panic attack or when in stress , take deep breath.
Regular
aerobic exercise is helpful in relieving tension.
Endulge your self in some regular activity.
And avoid stress to a minimum.Regularly meet to family members or friends and do evening walk.
Chamomile in tea is helpful.
Remember stress itself can lead to stress
gastritis or predisposition for
heart attack.
With these measures you will get benefit.
If still no benefit then antianxiety drug can be helpful like alprazolam.
