I am experiencing intense feelings of anxiety quite different from the past year since my husband’s death. It has been a difficult time for me but I’ve managed well without meds. Last wk was the one yr anniversary of his death. Tomorrow I leave for a 10day trip to Switzerland and Italy with a tour group with whom we frequently traveled. I am taking my 17yr old granddaughter with me. We both are excited about going. I can’t see a correlation between these feelings and the trip. The only other symptom I have is increased frequency in in urination. Only once last night did I experience an inability to urinate accompanied by a mild pain. No problems since. I’m running out of time to see my doctor before I leave. Should I be concerned?
