What Causes Severe Arms And Leg Pain After A Neck Surgery?

Hi Doctor, my name is Maureen Campbell, I did a neck surgery 2013 and gotten worse pain shots down my left arm and leg sometimes can t hold things in my hand, now I fell in the ice I did an mri showed that there are disc slipped and more pain sometimes I had to use my arm to pull my head up cause by pain, Doctor I m desperate in need of help cause I don t want to live like this please help me I am 45yrs old and feels like 100, I can t walk one block with out stopped and can t stand for long and can t sit for long what can I do?
