What Causes Severe Back Ache After Urination?

i am having a ache on the right side at about my waist line heading into my back. it gets worse just before and after i have a wee. and has been happening for the last 3days. iv had aches in my mid back when i sit down for too long for the last 4 or 5 years iv had bloods tacken and they have came back all clear im worried somthing serious had been missed by the doctors. please help! amy, 20.

Hello amy

I would suggest you to go for ultrasound of abdomen as this can be a pain of renal calculi.
The mid back pain is due to postural problem. Take care of your posture when you sit. Sit straight. Use back rest or pillow. Do hot compresses. Take tylenol if pain is severe.
