Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Severe back bone pain and difficulty in waking may due to myalgia or nerve compression. Do an MRI of LS spine, CBP and electrolytes. Avoid forward bending. Do back strengthening exercises. Apply Diclo gel locally and injection B12.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prasad, Orthopedic Surgeon
