Hello,

Pentagon is a drug used for stomach problems and does not generally affect the menstruation.
I would recommend you to see your doctor related to your symptoms and have a vaginal examination. Your doctor might also ask for some blood tests to try to identify the reason for your lack of periods like TSH, prolactine, FSH, ect.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
