What Causes Severe Back Pain And A Painful Swollen Stomach?

Namaste, I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and I am also 5 days into my anti-biotic(cipro). I have two more to go and only the burning when I urinate went away. I am having severe back pains and stomach pains and it is not getting any better.I originally went to the hospitaland which are they told me was a urinary tract infection but I kept telling them I feel like it is something more. they did an xray that they said did not show anything My stomach is swollen and huge and I can t even button my pants. a little background about me is that Ihad a c section 13 years ago and my tubes tied 6 years ago. please help, this horrible pain is not right

The pain that you have can be due to a urinary calculi. his needs an ultrasound scan of the abdomen to find out.
