I have a hard back pains in the lamber for a few years but this shaven month after my pregnessy the pain bein bigger and bigger some times I can,t walk easily in the morning the pain still the whole day and night and now the pain is in the whol back
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Experiencing pain in the back during later phases of pregnancy is a normal phenomenon. You can do the following to overcome it. Kindly apply ice packs on the back thrice daily to get relieved from pain. You can also apply analgesic creams locally as a thin layer thrice daily. Practice some of the back exercises recommended during pregnancy. Supplement calcium and calcium rich foods regularly. Eat healthy food and drink good quantity of water.
