What Causes Severe Back Pain Followed By Diarrhea?

I have been experiencing lower back pain that radiates out on either side. Pain gets worse with standing long periods of time. Along with this pain I have had liquid diarrhea for the past five days. I have had kidney infections before but not with this type of back pain.

I really appreciate your concern, lower back pain could be due to renal condition but diarrhea may not be related with this condition, overall you need to differentiate the conditions and for that need to get done the x-ray of lower abdomen, hope this information helps, take care.
