What Causes Severe Back Pain Radiating To Abdomen Post Trauma?

I fell on the upper back resulting in a thoracic Compression fracture. The fall occurred in Oct. 2015, and I still have back pain, but began having an ache in my abdomen (belly). Could this be coming from my fall? Had a CAT Scan of abdomen in Jan. 2016, which showed nothing abnormal in the stomach. It did show the fracture.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your abdominal pain following your previous trauma that resulted into thoracic compression fracture I am suggesting that this is definitely a radiating pain effect arising from the fracture to your abdomen via the intercostal nerve
In view of this please see an orthopaedic surgeon for further clinical assessment

please take tablet Tylenol tablet cerebrex tablet Athrotec apply neurogesic cream
I hope this helps
