What Causes Severe Back Pain When Diagnosed With Osteomyelitis?
I have been diagnosted with osteomyalatis in my lower spine but after two biopsies no actual bacteria was found...why would that be. I ve had 6 weeks antibiotics which are supposed to have cured the infection but my back is still really sore....what should I do next?

Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Harshita's Response
Hi,
Try doing some yoga sessions or physiotherapy sessions. Antibiotics are to cure the infection but to decrease the rigidness and to relax the vessels inside you need to do these all exercises to get cured of your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
