Hello,

I think the back pain is due to chronic kidney disease you have been diagnosed. To me should re-evaluate the current status of your kidneys through urine analysis and blood tests.

Soak in warm water and Epsom salt. Apply warm clothing on your left upper stomach.

Take antacids and paracetamol or ibuprofen as a pain killer. But should monitor your blood pressure. Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
