What Causes Severe Back Pain While On Oxycontin And Tramadol?
Hi i have hurt my back today i have had a disc replacement my L5 a few years ago but im still have bad pain so im still on oxycontin sr and tramadol sr and now i have hurt it today and its very painful so i was wondering if I could take a valium before bed.

Your back pain seems to be musculoskeletal this time and yes, you may take Valium today. However as you are on multiple opioids, you should be careful of the side effects like severe drowsiness and suppression of breathing.
I suggest you try a non opioid pain killer like paracetamol or ibuprofen today instead of Valium.
