What Causes Severe Back Pain While Suffering From Gestational Diabetes?

I am currently 34.3 weeks pregnant. I have gestational diabetes and this is my 3rd pregnancy. All day today I ve had extreme back pain (to the point I puke when the back cramps happen) and I ve been urinating at least 6 times an hour, it doesn t feel like a kidney infection or a uti. Should I head into labor and delivery and get checked out
