What Causes Severe Back Pain?

Hi I get severe backpain. It feels like my back is tearing of my bottom. (Best way to explain it). I m not realy overweight and I move around allot. It gets so bad thet I can t stand up and the pain is realy bad. My legs start paining and its like I can t carry my top half. Any advise?

Welcome to healthcare magic.

After going through your query I think your You are suffering from chronic sever backache.

Treatment of back pain exercises and analgesics (diclofenac).Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required.

Sometimes vitamin D defeciency is the cause so get your vitamin D checked .If it is low then vitamin D supplementation can be taken.

You need to done MRI TO RULE OUT DISC PROLAPSE and other causes.
