Please help me figure out what s going on. Early this morning I began having severe back pain. It s my mid back but also radiates up & down, especially moving or taking a breathe. I have fibromyalgia so I know pain & deal with it daily so for this pain to out due the fibro. No pain medication is helping.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
