General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that stomach and back pain can be due to many reasons. Firstly we need to know the exact site of the pain as it can help in diagnosis. Stomach pain radiating to the back can be a sign of cholecystitis. Isolated right abdominal pain can be sign of appendicitis. The best way to diagnose her condition is to get her USG abdomen done. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
