What Causes Severe Backache And Abdominal Pain?

Hello my name is Kourtney I have a 15 year old family member that is constantly complaining about severe back pains, stomach pains, and she has trouble breathing I have no Idea what could be wrong with her can you please give me some ideas. She is 5 1 and weighs around 115 pounds she is very athletic and plans to go into the military. PLEASE HELP

Firstly we need to know the exact site of the pain as it can help in diagnosis. Stomach pain radiating to the back can be a sign of cholecystitis.
