What Causes Severe Backache And Dizziness?

I am having this sharp stabbing pain when I move in my back on the left side about half way up my back. I am also always tired no matter how much sleep i get. I also will feel dizzy or light headed from time to time and I do suffer from severe migraines that disable me for a couple of days at a time.
