Please I have musterbate since 8years and now I m suffering from back pain,the tissue is now also weak and if have intercourse with a girl immediately she touches my penis the sperm will come out.so what can I do to eliminate that back pain and sexual weakness

You are more anxious for the performance. It is called performance anxiety. Try to remain calm. Everything will be fine. For backache, lie flat on your back on a hard surface like the floor.
