What Causes Severe Belching While Suffering From Crohn S Disease?
iwas diagnosed with likely crohns disease ten years ago and am under medication ever since.it is now under remission.however iam experiencing heavy and frequent burping and belching .will digiplex syrup(pepsin and diastase enzyme preparation) HELP CONTROL IT .THANKS

It could be due to severe gastritis.
As first-line management, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a scopy.
