I am taking the new rheumatoid arthritis medication Actemra injection every other week. I have taken my 3rd shot and still in extreme pain all over. Can you tell me what the drug interactions are? I think I am taking all kind of vitamins to relief my pain, but no help. Thinking they are helping, but getting worst. Can you help me please? Can not sleep or get confrontable to relax. For the rheumatoid arthritis the best drug is NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory drug) but it can only be taken in severe pain else Acetaminophen is the medicine for mild to moderate pain. Sometimes steroid can be tried but for that you need to be qualified and it has to be given under medical supervision. There is no cure for rheumatoid arthritis but analgesic and steroid provides relief.
