Hello,

You are suffering from severe body pain. Your symptoms may be indicative of fibromyalgia, arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis (OA), lupus, sprains strains, stress, etc. Maintain healthy weight, under weight or being overweight may trigger pain. Avoid sedentary lifestyle, stay active. Take home made food rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin D, etc.

You can also take supplements. Include anti inflammatory food in your regular diet. Take home made, nutritious food, balanced food. Stay adequately hydrated so that sodium-potassium level is well maintained. Dehydration causes fatigue and may trigger pain. You can take anti inflammatory medicines, one stat when needed to reduce pain.

Gentle massage, warm compress and pain relieving ointment and sprays may help. Do exercises, stretch exercises, joint exercises, walking regularly will help to reduce pain. Take adequate sleep, lack of sleep also triggers aches and pains. Stay away from addictions if any.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests and imaging tests to detect lupus, fibromyalgia, OA, RA, etc. so that treatment can be started at the earliest. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and the severity of your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
