Pain in muscles along with difficulty in movement is more suggestive of myopathy. I suggest you to consult a physician or rheumatologist for clinical assessment. In the meanwhile you can get some blood investigations like - complete blood count, ESR, liver function tests, kidney function tests and creatinine kinase.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Pain in muscles could be due to soreness or trauma. I suggest you to take a muscle relaxant for few days. If the pain still does not resolve then you may consult your physician.
