my sister had a car accident and broke both arms the right leg pelvis and hip joint, hasd been in hospital for over 3 months and now in rehab, her problem now is she is aching in all her boned in the body, what could cause this? i appreciate your response thank you

Check her temprature. If she has fever.Get her investigated for PUO .That is HB TLC, DLC EsR MP, Blood Culture For Gram Positive and Negative ,urine Routine Urine Culture and sensitivity.She must be given physiotherapyand good diet calcium vitamin d eetc the
