What Causes Severe Body Pain And Dizziness Despite Having High BP?
For the last two days my organs have felt tired and achy. It is not a server ache but is noticeable. Today I m noticing some dizzyness and some tingling in my extrimities. I do have high blood pressure but it is under contol with meds. I m a bit worried.
Dizziness associated with tingling in extremities can occur in the following conditions: 1) Cervical spondylitis 2) Cervical radiculopathy 3) Transient ischemic attack or mini stroke 4) Panic attacks leading to hyperventilation
You need to be examined in person and few tests like: 1) Cervical X-ray 2) MRI brain and spinal cord
May be necessary to arrive at a specific diagnosis and initiate appropriate treatment. Please do consult a neuro-physician. Body pains may be due to many causes like: 1) Viral infection 2) Muscle cramps 3) Polymyalgia rheumatica 4) Fibromyalgia 5) Rheumatoid arthritis 6) Polymyositis
