What Causes Severe Body Pain, Shortness Of Breath And Red Spots On Neck?

I have extensive body aches, shortness of breath. have a bipap, and that works great. Always tired. On BP meds mildly and still have frequent massive nose bleeds, always from right nostril and are unstoppable. Over weight, conserned about possible Lukemia. Bruise easy, long time to cure and getting red spots on neck back and abdomen.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder.

A coagulation disorder can not be excluded either. For this reason, I recommend going consulting with your doctor as soon as possible for a physical exam and some tests:

- a complete blood count
- a chest Xray study
- coagulation tests
- blood electrolytes
- kidney and liver function tests.

You should discuss with your doctor about the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
