What Causes Severe Body Spasms While Suffering From Arthritis?

yes I have been having alot of problems last6 mos, with body cramping/spasms. I am 61 have arthritis, with no other major med problems. Last night I went to bed and the cramping started, legs, arms, hands. So i went to er to get electrolytes checked and all was ok. Is the any medical condition that can cause this?

Hi,
It seems that along with artheritis there might be having osteoporosis producing muscle weakness, stiffness and spasm.
Take Calcium and vitamin D supplements.
Go for light walking exercises daily.
Ok and take care.
