What Causes Severe Burning Sensation In The Scalp?
My scalp is burning, mainly in the front near the hairline. I m not sure but I may have been bitten by something while at an outdoor concert. There are a couple of areas on my scalp that are slightly red but not necessarily in the front where it burns the most. Is there something I can take or put on the scalp?

That sounds like a scalp infection.Scalp infections could be of bacterial or fungal origin.However, reaction from a bite as you put is possible.I will suggest you see a Dermatologist for examination and management.You may need an antibiotic or anti-fungal cream.Symptomatic management may not be the best.
