What Causes Severe Chest And Back Pain After Receiving Ristova Injection?

Dear doctor prashant, Sir my mother named kiran goyal, is having sjogren s.. She had undergone second cycle of rituxumab therapy. First was done on 24/06/2014 with 1gm of dr. Reddy s RA reditux and then its second dose was given on 10/07/2014. It was successful and her mouth became wet. But now from may-june she was again feeling dryness in mouth so doctor recommended to go for second cycle. First dose was given on 25/08/2015 with ristova ( rosche company). And second dose was given on 15/09/2015. But this time after the injection was over at 9.30 pm, the next day after getting discharged from the hospital at 1 pm she had a sever pain in the left side of chest and back pain. Then we took her to emergency. She was given vovren inj and the she got relieved from pain. ECG, chest X-rays and ultrasound was done there and all are normal. But after that she had fever 101.1 she had given Dolo-650. And discharged at 8pm. Bt from midnight there is again chest pain, temperature and when ever she cough blood come from her mouth. So please suggest us WHAT TO DO NOW....? Is this the side effect of therapy...? Is this life threatening...? Is this curable....? Please answer as soon as possible... Thanks
