What Causes Severe Chest And Back Pain?

Hello I just recently quit smoking is but for the last 3 days I ve been having really bad chest pain that moved from my chest to my back I haven t been to the doctor I just but maybe it s because I just stop smoking but the pain has gotten unbearable just really wondering what should I do

I really appreciate your concern, such radiating pain may not be due to quitting the smoking but could be due to the muscular spasm and some time it may be due to acid reflux disease and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
