What Causes Severe Chest Pain Along With Pain In The Jaw And Facial Muscles?
Can you experience sudden symptoms of a heart attacking than within 30 to 45 minutes have them subside..symptoms occurred while driving to work suddenly;1. Severe chest pain (across the chest). With jaw and facial pain... My throat was very sore and coughing. I parked car. Waited and endured it slowly subsided? YYYY@YYYY
The pain can be due to heart reason as some symptoms are typical of heart pain but other possibilities like pneumothorax or chest or lungs causes should be ruled out. Though baseline EKG, and echocardiogram are a must to see for any signs of ischemia. If EKG and echocardiogram are unremarkable, then ETT and chest X-ray should be performed. Careful examination and earliest follow up with nearest emergency room visit should be sought.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
