What Causes Severe Chest Pain And Heart Palpitations?

I have had extreme heart pain and several attacks that doctors didn t understand,I have lots of minor issues . sleep apnea sometimes hurts but my heart wasn t just palpitating this time,it vibrated and hurt and I thought I was going to die. I smoke a LOT. ,why,and during apnea I get muscle spasms from somewhere in my lower back all the way to my heart.what is going on?.,- 23 male,copd,heart palp,apnea,anxiety attacks,bad cholesterol,

The situation as a result of your diseases you have don’t exactly treat sleep apnea, so you will not feel better. Talk to your doctor for this and stop smoking. It is mandatory in your situation.
