What Causes Severe Chest Pain, Breathing Difficulty And Increased Heart Rate?

From the end of my throat to the end of my chest I had a pain the pain was like some one was punching me and when I laid down it felt more horrible than before and when I stood up or sat down I felt very dizzy and I felt like it was was hard to breathe and it felt like I can feel my rhythm of my heart in both of my legs it that was the first time that ever happened to me so i was curious what happened. It s all gone now I just wanna know will it ever come back and what was that

According to history provided, My opinion is

It is a typical presentation of anginal pain or you may say heart related pain.

Chest pain or heaviness, breathing difficulty and palpitation with radiation of pain to left arm, shoulder, nausea, sweating these are some of the symptoms of heart related pain.

You should immediately consult with nearby emergency medicine department for further evaluation like ECG,TROPONIN T.
