Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 35 years old man, smoking for past 15 years. Always i have some unexplained pain in my chest area expecially in around heart region. I checked and consult with doctors so many times. And undergo so many test like ecg, echo test and trend mill test but the result is normal. But the problem is still exists. Kindly inform me what is problem behind the pain.
It could be an early sign or angina or other cardiac problems. Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.
An ECG is required to rule out angina or heart attack. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
