Hi last night out of the blue I was getting pains in my chest I tried rubbing my chest to elliviate it but I couldn t pin point the pain as it was all over the left side. I struggled to breath and would involuntary take deep breaths. I was checking my pulse and every thine I got the pain which felt like my heart I noticed my pulse would go mental and be erratic. My partner couldn t get a good pulse from my wrist it was very weak ( he was trying left arm). Today I have felt so weak I also opened my bowls which was very lose. I m still not feeling great I can t explain but my chest just doesn t feel that great. now and then it feels like I have a lump in my heart which when it goes I go weak. I don t really want to go to hospital I try to help myself rather than bother anyone. We thought it might of been a panick attack but does it effect you the day after. Dawn YYYY@YYYY
