I am 57 years old. Recently I have had severe chest pains that seem to follow the symtoms of a heart attack. I went to my heart doc. 3 days ago, he did extensive test and said my heart was fine. I have tried the usual heart burn med. that does not help at all. I think it is chest cramps. I am not a doc. When this happens it may last for hours then suddenly it is gone. Kind of like having a cramp in your leg, the pain is severe while having the cramp, then after it passes everything is normal. Do you have any ideas?
